Position: Automation Application Engineer
Location: Bangalore, India
Experience Required: 2 to 8 Years in the EMS industry
Key Skills and Responsibilities
SPM & Automation Machines: Experience in working with Special Purpose Machines and other automation equipment.
Line Bring Up, CPK, GRR: Proficiency in production line setup, understanding of process capability indices (CPK), and Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility (GRR) studies.
Machine Qualification and FA Preparation: Ensuring machines meet required standards and preparing Failure Analysis (FA) reports.
CCD & Vision Systems: Working knowledge of Charge-Coupled Device (CCD) and other vision systems used for inspection and quality control.
Laser Machines: Hands-on experience with laser machines for various applications in the manufacturing process.
Desired Soft Skills
Adaptability: Ability to adjust to new processes, technologies, and environments.
Conflict Resolution: Effective in resolving disputes and finding amicable solutions.
Agility: Quick in thinking and responding to dynamic work situations.
